Welcome to Restaurante Don Quijote Puerto Rico, a culinary gem operated by Trypavan, S.L. We are proud to blend the rich gastronomic tradition with the warmth of Puerto Rico, Mogán.       

In compliance with Law 19/2013 of 9 December on transparency, access to public information and good governance of the Spanish State, as well as Law 12/2014 of 26 December on transparency and access to public information of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, this portal is created in order to ensure that individuals, citizens and society as a whole can access information about the company TRYPAVAN S.L., as required by the aforementioned regulations. In its preparation, the guidelines of the Transparency Commissioner of the Government of the Canary Islands have been followed.

        I.- INSTITUTIONAL INFORMATION

        The company was incorporated on 14 September 2018, before notary Mª del Carmen Madrigal Hernández, notary of the Illustrious Notarial Association of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, as a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, by Mr. Florencio Pacheco Pereira and his spouse Elizabeth Maria Van Rijnsoever, Tamara Pacheco Van Rynsoever and Jose Juan Trujillo Santana. Its share capital amounts to five thousand euros (5,000 €), fully subscribed and paid up by the aforementioned partners.
        The company’s governing body is that of a sole director.
        The entity TRYPAVAN S.L. is a company with Canarian capital whose main activity is in the hospitality sector, specifically – among others – in a restaurant.

      The company’s corporate purpose is: “restaurants and mobile food stands. Provision of prepared meals for events. Other food services. Beverage establishments.”

        II.- ORGANISATIONAL INFORMATION

       In accordance with the provisions of the Limited Liability Companies Act, the governing bodies of TRYPAVAN S.L. are the General Meeting and the sole director.

       At present, this position of sole director is held by Mrs TAMARA PACHECO VAN RYNSOEVER, as recorded in the DEED OF INCORPORATION dated 14 September 2018, executed before notary Mª del Carmen Madrigal, notary of the Illustrious Notarial Association of Mogán.

       III.- ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

        Budgetary and accounting information.
     The entity TRYPAVAN S.L. duly complies with its obligation to file its annual accounts with the Commercial Registry of Las Palmas, where they may be requested in accordance with the applicable regulations.

        Information on the auditing of the accounts and financial oversight.
       The entity TRYPAVAN S.L. does not have its accounts audited nor subjected to oversight by external control bodies, since, as specified in Article 263 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010 of 2 July, which approves the consolidated text of the Capital Companies Act, the following is established:
        Article 263. Auditor of accounts.

    1. The annual accounts and, where applicable, the management report must be audited by an auditor.
    2. This obligation does not apply to companies that, for two consecutive financial years, meet at least two of the following conditions at the closing date of each of those years:
        -a) That the total assets do not exceed two million eight hundred and fifty thousand euros.
        -b) That the net amount of its annual turnover does not exceed five million seven hundred thousand euros.
        -c) That the average number of employees employed during the financial year does not exceed fifty.

     Companies shall lose this exemption if, for two consecutive financial years, they cease to meet two of the conditions referred to in the preceding paragraph.
   3. In the first financial year following their incorporation, transformation or merger, companies are exempt from the obligation to be audited if, at the end of that year, they meet at least two of the three conditions set out in the preceding paragraph.

       IV.- CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS AND MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENTS

       Contracts:
       No contracts were signed with public administrations during 2021.

       The entity has neither received nor carried out any management assignment.

       V.- AID AND SUBSIDIES

      1.- Subsidies aimed at mitigating the economic impact of the health crisis caused by COVID-19 on self-employed workers and SMEs in certain economic activities on the island of GRAN CANARIA.

        • Objective or purpose: to reduce the economic impact.
        • Beneficiary entity: TRYPAVAN S.L.
        • Granting authority: Cabildo de Gran Canaria.

      2.- Grants aimed at maintaining the activity of self-employed workers and small and medium-sized enterprises in the sectors most affected by the crisis resulting from COVID-19, regulated by Decree-Law 2/2021 of 1 March.

        • Amount: €25,000
        • File: EXP-SUBPYMES-2926-2021
        • Objective or purpose: grants aimed at maintaining the activity of small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed workers with employees.
        • Beneficiary entity: TRYPAVAN S.L.

        • Granting authority: Ministry of Economy, Knowledge and Employment, Directorate-General for Economic Promotion of the Government of the Canary Islands.

      3.- Direct aid to self-employed persons and companies as provided for in Title I of Royal Decree-Law 5/2021 of 12 March on extraordinary measures to support business solvency in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, funded by the Government of Spain.

        • Amount: €66,395.20
        • File: EXP-SUBPYMES-2926-2021
        • Objective or purpose: direct aid to self-employed persons and companies affected by the crisis resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, as an extraordinary measure to support business solvency.
